منهج أهل السنة والجماعة في تحقيق مقصد حفظ المجتمع: تأصيل شرعي وتطبيق معاصر في النموذج الماليزي

(The Methodology of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jamā‘ah in Realizing the Maqṣid of Preserving Society: A Sharī‘ah-Based Foundation and Contemporary Application in the Malaysian Model)

تنبع أهمية هذا البحث من معالجته لإحدى الإشكاليات الكبرى في الفكر الإسلامي المعاصر، والمتمثلة في الحاجة إلى تأصيل مرجعية سنية وسطية قادرة على الحدّ من مظاهر الانقسام الداخلي، وتقديم نموذج تطبيقي واقعي لإدارة المجتمع في ظل التعددية الدينية والثقافية. ويتناول البحث منهج أهل السنة والجماعة – بما يشمله من العقيدة الأشعرية والماتريدية، والمذاهب الفقهية السنية الأربعة، والتصوف السني – باعتباره إطارًا معرفيًا متكاملًا لتفعيل الشريعة في بعدها المقاصدي، ولا سيما مقصد حفظ المجتمع واستقرار الأمة. ويهدف البحث إلى التأصيل الشرعي لمقصد حفظ المجتمع في ضوء هذا المنهج، مع دراسة كيفية تطبيقه في النموذج الماليزي، وتحليل السياسات والآليات المؤسسية التي اعتمدت المرجعية السنية الوسطية في إدارة التنوع الديني والثقافي، جنبًا إلى جنب مع إبراز أبرز عوامل النجاح والتحديات التي واجهت هذا النموذج، خاصة ما يتعلق بحرية المعتقد والتمييز الديني. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال الجمع بين تحليل النصوص الشرعية ذات الصلة، واستقراء جهود العلماء في ترسيخ مقصد حفظ المجتمع ضمن توازن العقيدة والفقه والسلوك، بالإضافة إلى التحليل الواقعي لتجربة ماليزيا المعاصرة. وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن العقيدة السنية الوسطية، بقيمها القائمة على الاعتدال والتسامح والتوازن، أسهمت بصورة واضحة في بناء مجتمع آمن ومتعدد الأطياف، وأن تبنّي الدولة للمنهج السني وتفعيله عبر المؤسسات التعليمية والدينية كان من أبرز عوامل تحقيق السلم المجتمعي. ويخلص البحث إلى ضرورة تعزيز مقصد حفظ المجتمع في الخطاب الديني والفقهي، والاقتداء بالنماذج المعتدلة التي تجمع بين الأصالة الإسلامية والانفتاح الحضاري، بما يسهم في تحقيق الاستقرار المجتمعي وإدارة التنوع بصورة متوازنة.

Abstract

This study derives its significance from addressing one of the central challenges of contemporary Islamic thought: the need to establish a balanced and authoritative Sunni framework capable of reducing internal fragmentation and offering a practical model for managing society amidst religious and cultural diversity. The research analyzes the methodology of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jamāʿah—encompassing Ashʿarism and Māturīdism in creed, the four Sunni legal schools in jurisprudence, and Sunni Sufism in ethical conduct—as an integrated epistemic paradigm for operationalizing Sharīʿah through its higher objective (maqāṣid) dimension, particularly the objective of preserving social cohesion and community stability. The study aims to develop a Sharia-based foundation for the objective of preserving society in light of this methodology and examines its practical application in the Malaysian model. It further analyzes institutional mechanisms, state policies, and the factors contributing to the success of Malaysia’s centrist Sunni approach, while also identifying significant challenges related to freedom of belief, religious discrimination, and managing pluralism. Employing a descriptive-analytical methodology, the research combines scriptural analysis, juristic reasoning, and empirical observation. It provides a comprehensive exploration of the concept of preserving society as a maqṣad, by examining relevant textual evidence and scholarly contributions that emphasize the balance between creed, jurisprudence, and spiritual ethics within the Sunni tradition. The analysis of the Malaysian case demonstrates how the official adoption and institutionalization of the Sunni middle-path have contributed to social harmony and communal stability. The study concludes that centrist Sunni theology—rooted in moderation, tolerance, and balance—constitutes a pivotal foundation for sustaining secure and multi-ethnic societies. It recommends reinforcing the maqṣad of preserving society within religious and legal discourse and adopting successful moderate models that harmonize Islamic authenticity with civilizational openness.
